Arumloo East Africa Ltd. is an innovative company dedicated to manufacturing and selling water-efficient toilets that contribute to sustainable sanitation solutions. We are looking for a motivated Accountant and Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growing business.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product sales.
  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance the company’s digital presence and boost online sales.
  • Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets by aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company’s range of toilets and sanitation products.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products in the sanitation market.
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, press releases, and online content, to support sales initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to showcase the company’s products.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain the company’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Plan and conduct Corporate Social responsibility, to ensure the company commits to its environmental, ethical, social and economic responsibilities
  • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on new marketing techniques and technologies relevant to the sanitation sector.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on product promotion and brand management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to the sanitation industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in the sanitation or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
